In April 2001, partners John Poteet, Ray Skaggs, and John Nichols, purchased land in Hammond, Louisiana, on which to build their greenfield auto auction. The location was chosen for its proximity to the I-55, I-12, I-10 corridor with the goal to build a dealer and employee friendly auction. Lane construction was completed in time for the first sale on May 12, 2002 with the office opening in October of the same year.

In August 2002 we began our business relationship with Capital One Auto Finance and Consumer Portfolio Services (CPS), We continue to sell for these companies as well as several other remarketers and our growing family of dealer consignors.

We are an NAAA member auction and hold memberships in several state independent auto dealer associations including Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. We use several state-of-the-art industry solutions to serve our customers including AutoIMS inventory management system, Auction Access dealer database program, and Auction Pipeline.
